Overview

Sean O’Donnell is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group.  He focuses his practice primarily on commercial litigation matters.

Sean represents clients through initial case investigation, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, as well as in mediation and settlement negotiations.

Sean earned his Juris Doctorate with a certificate in business law from DePaul University College of Law. During his time at DePaul, Sean worked as an Extern for Judge Alison Conlon in the Circuit Court of Cook County Chancery Department and served as the Editor-in-Chief of DePaul’s Sports Law Journal. Sean earned his Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Illinois. During his undergraduate studies and while in law school, Sean worked as a law clerk at a criminal defense firm where he assisted in numerous homicide and narcotics trials. 

Sean was a recipient of a Chick Evans Scholarship, a full-tuition and housing college scholarship awarded to caddies with excellent academics, outstanding character, and demonstrated leadership abilities.
