Bob Constantino is a member of the Corporate and Business Counseling Practice Group and Real Estate Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and other general corporate transactions.

Bob has represented public and private companies, private equity firms, high net worth individuals, small businesses and family offices in a variety of corporate transactions, including: buy-side and sell-side acquisitions, joint ventures, acquisition financing, IPOs and real estate transactions across a broad range of industries.

Prior to joining Pedersen & Houpt, Bob practiced corporate law at an international law firm and worked as an analyst on the derivatives trading desk at Bank of America.

Bob obtained his Bachelor of Science in Management from Purdue University and his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
