Diego Ledesma is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group.  He focuses his practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, entitlements and municipal incentives. 

He also has experience representing landlords in drafting general office, medical office, industrial and retail leases.

Diego obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lake Forest College and his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.

Representative Transactions

• Represented investors in the acquisition of medical office buildings in multi-million-dollar purchase and sale leaseback transactions in multiple jurisdictions nationwide.
• Represented real estate developer in an Illinois assemblage acquisition and subsequent sale to a data center.
• Represented real estate developer in the acquisition of a $182.5M portfolio purchase of 23 properties consisting of improved and vacant properties.
• Represented business owner in the acquisition of an industrial property and successfully obtaining a Cook County Class 6b property tax classification.
• Represented automobile dealerships in pursuit of variances, special uses and planned developments in Lake County, Illinois.
• Negotiated cell tower leases on behalf of cell tower companies and mobile carriers.
