Pedersen Represents JRTC Holdings in Thompson Center Agreement

Pedersen & Houpt represented JRTC Holdings, LLC in its acquisition of the Thompson Center and its entering into a build to suit agreement with Google to rebuild the Thompson Center to its specifications for future occupancy. We’re honored to be part of the team in this historic Chicago deal that will benefit all for many years to come.
