Larry Byrne Will Present during IICLE Webcast "Business Valuation, Financial & Tax Issues in Divorce 2026: Courtroom Skills & Practice"

Pedersen & Houpt’s Larry Byrne will be a presenter during the upcoming IICLE live webcast program titled, “Business Valuation, Financial & Tax Issues in Divorce 2026: Courtroom Skills and Practice” on Monday, January 19, from 8:25 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. CST.  Larry will be a member of a panel discussing the topic “Keeping It In The Family – or Kicking It Out?”  This panel discussion is scheduled for 10:35 a.m.-11:35 a.m. and will discuss practical strategies for litigating disputes relating to family-owned businesses, from dividing non-transferable interests to structuring buyouts and securing payouts.
