Matt Wilson is a member of the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation, intellectual property matters and contract drafting.
Matt represents clients in cases involving intellectual property issues such as trademark registration, trademark maintenance, trademark infringement, trade secrets, copyrights and patents. He also has experience in cases dealing with complex commercial disputes involving local and national businesses, TROs, non-compete agreements, breach of fiduciary duty, conspiracy, fraud and other complex issues.
Matt received his law degree from Emory University School of Law, where he was simultaneously enrolled in the Emory Goizueta School of Business, becoming the first person to graduate from Emory with a dual JD/MBA in three years.
