Paul Altman is a partner and head of Pedersen & Houpt's Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Practice Group. In addition, he is co-chairman of the Employment Law Practice Group. Mr. Altman has been practicing law since 1971 and focuses his activities on the formation and operation of commercial entities.
