John Muehlstein is a Partner at Pedersen & Houpt and a member of the firm's Corporate and Business Counseling Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, public and private offerings of equity and debt, and financial restructurings. He has been involved in diversified forms of secured financings, structured complex corporate, partnership and limited liability company mergers, and participated in a variety of acquisitions, recapitalizations and reorganizations. Further, he has considerable experience in all aspects of contract preparation and negotiation.
