Erik Pedersen is an associate in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He focuses his practice on family law and commercial litigation. Mr. Pedersen was admitted to the Illinois bar in 1995, and got his start and family law background at the Cook County State's Attorney's office, Public Interest Bureau, Child Support Enforcement Division under Jack O'Malley's tenure. Prior to that, Mr. Pedersen worked at a leading insurance defense law firm in Chicago where he defended against personal injury claims, including several wrongful death lawsuits.
