Don Moran is the leader of the Firm's Litigation Practice Group.  He serves as litigation counsel for corporations and individuals in complex civil matters and business transactions. He has extensive experience prosecuting and defending lawsuits involving breach of contract, antitrust, business and toxic torts, claims by or against governmental entities, misappropriation of trade secrets, employee fraud and bribery, and environmental cost recovery. In addition, he has litigated major constitutional issues of national as well as statewide import.
