Herb Linn is a partner at the firm and has practiced law with Pedersen & Houpt since 1969. Mr. Linn has extensive experience in negotiating and closing complex commercial transactions of all types. In the area of real estate law, he has represented clients in virtually all aspects of new and existing real estate projects, ranging from the sale, purchase, financing, development and leasing of property, to real estate disputes. His practice also includes extensive work with partnerships and limited liability companies in various industries, including the placement of debt and equity for these entities.
