Marc Janser is the Managing Partner and has practiced law in the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department since 1978.  He has been a partner since 1986 and a member of the Management Committee from 1989 until 2003.  He is presently a member of the Compensation Committee.  He has a diverse trial practice, having represented a broad array of manufacturing and service companies involved in business disputes, with a concentration on representing executives and owners of these company clients, as well as other high profile and high net worth individuals in personal and family matters.
