Arthur Holtzman is a partner and leader of the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has extensive experience handling complex litigation involving issues in commercial, employment counseling and litigation, commodity futures, securities and municipal law. Practicing law since 1976, his years of trial experience have included state and federal court, arbitration and administrative law proceedings. In addition, Mr. Holtzman is responsible for handling professional practice and liability matters.  He is a member of the firm's Executive Committee and has served on the firm's Management Committee.
