Susan Burke is a partner and leader of Pedersen & Houpt's Corporate and Business Counseling Practice Group. She joined the firm in 1996 to lead the firm's public securities practice. She has been practicing law since 1987 and has handled a wide range of matters for services, consumer products and real estate businesses, concentrating on private capital and public securities transactions and compliance as well as counseling closely-held and family businsses and mergers and acquisitions.
