John Hayes who is a partner, certified public accountant, and leader of the Wealth Preservation Practice Group at Pedersen & Houpt, has been practicing law since 1983. He is involved in the structuring and administration of estate plans and providing tax consultation for entrepreneurs, corporate executives, closely-held business owners, professional athletes, entertainers and their respective families. He joined the firm in 1997, previously heading his own boutique law practice specializing in estate planning, probate representation and tax consulting for a number of years.
